Tie has years of experience in branding, marketing, and unique and innovative idea creation as well as team building. Her workshop will be focused on what comes after you’ve come up with the next great idea. How do you create your mission statement and values, steps to start branding your company and idea, and how to build a successful team.
Tie Roberts is CDO and Co-Founder of Frontline Careers, a social impact startup and job site that connects frontline workers looking for more, with companies that offer more. For over fifteen years Tie worked and volunteered in the nonprofit sector. When she was approached by her two co-founders with the idea behind Frontline Careers she immediately knew this was a company she wanted to help build from the ground up. Tie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and lives in beautiful Southern California with her husband and three kids.
