The COVID-19 pandemic has led to widespread changes in the way people work, including the shift to remote work, the increasing use of adaptive technologies, and more flexible hours. This presentation discusses the findings of a scoping review that sought to understand how these pandemic-related workplace accommodations impacted workers with disabilities, and the implications for the future of workplace accommodation policies and practice.
