Sutton Business Sessions: Small Business Disability Essentials

About this event

Developed by the Smarter London SMEs service, Small Business Disability Essentials are free webinars open to small and medium businesses/organisations to help them better support disabled employees and develop accessible services and products. They are an opportunity to ask questions about how to make the first steps towards disability inclusion at your business.

You will learn:

• why disability is important to your business
• how to identify potential barriers for disabled colleagues and customers
• your legal obligations including The Equality Act 2010
• how to become a more inclusive organisation
• what is business disability good practice
• what reasonable adjustments are
• where to go for further information and support.
