We’re holding a FREE support group session via Zoom or in person, for parents and carers living in South Gloucestershire who have children with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). We're offering you the chance of an online session with a SEND practitioner, to discuss your query or concern. The topic for this support group session is Returning to School.
Date: Tuesday 23rd August 2022
Times: Book your FREE place for either:
• Morning support group (Zoom): 10.30am - 11.30am
• Evening support group (Zoom): 7.30 - 9.00pm
Sessions are free to attend but bookings must be made in advance.
This is an opportunity to speak to one of our trained South Gloucestershire SENDIAS practitioners about a specific SEND topic and receive help and support with your query about SEN Support.
Please note - this virtual support group is only for those who are resident within the South Gloucester area. You will be asked to confirm your address when booking.
To book either a daytime or evening session, click 'details' at the top right of the screen and select the session of your choice from the drop-down menu. Please then follow the step by step online registration process.
The daytime support group will be carried out online using 'Zoom'. We will send you the details of the 'Zoom' meeting the day before the session. In addition, in advance of the session, we will send you a copy of our 'Zoom' meeting guidelines. Please familiarise yourself with the guidelines prior to attending.
