Our specialist Sleep Practitioners have all been trained by the Southampton NHS Sleep Service and have professional backgrounds in learning disability nursing, social work and teaching. Most importantly, they are also parent/carers of children and teenagers with additional needs.
The disability events workshop will cover:

This workshop is funded by the Berkshire West NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), which serves Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire and is provided as part of the Berkshire West Autism and ADHD Support Service in partnership with Autism Berkshire. It will be lead by specialist sleep practitioners Helen Tracey and Helen Cattermole.
