Hywel Dda University Health Board, are recommissioning Early Intervention and Prevention Services for Well-being and Mental Health, inclusive of all ages.
With a focus on what matter to patients, service users, their families and carers, Hywel Dda Health Board want to improve services by working in partnership with the Third Sector to improve population health through early intervention and prevention.
The types of Services looking to be procured are including, but may not be limited to:
• Community Advocacy
• Befriending
• Carer Support
• Counselling
• Dementia Support
• Employment training and integration
• Group Activities and Wellness support
• Sanctuary Services
• Learning Disabilities Support
• Perinatal Mental Health Support
• Social interaction
• Third Sector Development
Hywel Dda University Health Board want to engage with Service Users, with a view to encourage interest and involvement in the recommissioning.
