What can I expect?
New statistics from the Disability Confident Scheme reveals that approximately 1 in 3 D/deaf and Disabled employees have not discussed their condition with their employer. But what should you do when an employee does disclose? How are you going to broach the subject of ‘reasonable adjustments’? What might they need, and what is considered ‘reasonable’? And then there are issues around cost. Will it be expensive (hint – rarely), and is any funding available (hint – yes)? We explore all these questions and more in this interactive webinar.
