Jobs Ability: Information Session for the college community. Career counselors, disability services, recruitment, and alumni professionals are all welcome. We need to reach as many individuals with disabilities as possible!
Learn about and how to access Our Ability’s job search system, Jobs Ability, which uses an accessible chatbot – ‘Abi’ – which helps candidates identify their ideal job based on an individual’s education, work history, and most importantly their capabilities/skills.
And, Our Ability is beta testing and ableist language filter - Abli.AI. In our webinar, we will showcase the beta test and look for individuals to assist us in building out the data.
