Cognitive distortions are a common human experience that can impact a person's outlook on themselves, others, and the world around them. this webinar is intended to help fire service members, other types of first responders, and members of the community learn more about identifying, managing, and reducing cognitive distortions. participation in this webinar will help attendees learn more about the basics of cognitive distortions, how they develop, and discover the ways cognitive distortions impact a person's overall mental health. Molly Jones, LSW will highlight various types of distortions and provide attendees with strategies for identifying which cognitive distortions he or she most frequently experiences.
