Please note, you must have completed workshop one to register for workshop two.
Workshop one provided:
- an introduction to sexual violence in the context of children and youth
- an overview of the context, dynamics and factors that contributing to Problem and Harmful Sexual Behaviours (PSBs and HSBs)
- tools to identify and assess PSBs and HSBs
- an overview of the legal context of PSBs and HSBs
- an overview of the Refocus program and referral pathways
Workshop two will provide:
- strategies for intervention and redirection of children and youth displaying PSBs and HSBs
- strategies for communicating effectively with parents and carers
- legal responsibilities
- strategies to support your health and wellbeing
You can register for the upcoming workshop three if you have completed workshop two.
Workshop three will provide:
- an introduction to safety planning
- intersections between PSBs/ HSBs and intellectual disabilities
- intersections between PSBs / HSBs and people living with autism and / or ADHD
- intersections between PSBs / HSBs and Family Violence and Trauma
You must have completed workshop two to register for workshop three.
