We welcome you to attend our ‘Disability Think Tank’, taking place via Zoom on 25th July, 12 PM-1 PM.

Our topic for this  disability event is:

‘How to authentically include disabled voices in the workplace'

How do you consider the needs of your disabled employees? How do you respond to disabled voices? How do you accommodate for disabled voices to speak up? What's the best way to listen to disabled employees?

We’ll explore this through:

• Guided discussions in breakout rooms
• Sharing insights, knowledge and lived experience
• Creating action points to take away and put into practice as individuals and organisations

We are building an accreditation for companies to really deep dive into accessibility and inclusion in the workplace and what they should be held accountable for. From job ads and interviewing to work culture, leadership and continuous learning beyond the basic accessibility and inclusion policies. We want to hear from you to help us develop a robust and deeper understanding of what we should be challenging companies to do… Let’s bring together the power of our Think Tank to start creating change.
