Staffordshire University’s Centre for Health and Development (CHAD) and the Faculty of Public Health have collaborated on an annual health and inequalities conference since 2018. For this academic year we are hosting a series of webinars on various aspects of COVID-19, related health impacts and inequalities.
We are delighted to invite you to the eight in this series, where we will hear about impacts of COVID-19 and related lockdowns that have been specific to (or have disproportionately affected) children and young people. This one-hour session will include:
• Chair's welcome
• The impact of the pandemic for children with a learning disability and autistic children: the lasting challenge and recovery. Sue North M.B.E., Head of Quality, Learning Disability & Autism Programme, NHS England & Improvement
• Children’s drawings of their experience of the coronavirus crises. Dr Sarah Rose and Dr Richard Jolley, Centre for Psychological Research, Staffordshire University
