Join us for this 1-hour presentation designed to help you identify what's in your cup and to learn some simple ways to refill your cup within your daily activities.
We will use ACT-based strategies to help you become more present with yourself and help you move toward the things that matter most to you! The session will include mindfulness activities broken into manageable steps that fit with your busy lifestyle.
