My primary care provider would not approve me for a pass even though I am permanently disabled from my time in service due to shrapnel injury affecting my back and leg. I wen through this website uploaded corresponding documents and had a virtual call within a week and was full approved. For me, I have neck, hip and eye sight issues. I could have probably gone to one of my doctors and received the same doctor’s note but it was easier to use this service and be done with it all. Simple. Done.

I inquired with handicap MD initially due to my disability and needing a handicap permit. Not only did I receive an appointment within 48 hours but I also got a follow up message on when my forms would be mailed to me. It took about 3 weeks from the time of the appointment and everything has gone smoothly. Highly recommend!

The service is very convenient you upload your documents the doctor has a appointment with you and based you needs the doctor prescribes a medical slip you can provide the DMV with. Take it to be issued Handicap parking. Simple process working HandicapMD

My doctor told me she was giving me my last temporary placard because I needed to walk to strengthen my back muscles after surgery. It’s been over a year since the surgery and it did not help my back pain. It hurts to walk for long periods of time and after walking around a store shopping, I’m in excruciating pain trying to walk out to my car. I found Dr Jackson online and made a video appointment. We talked a little bit, I sent him my records, he sent me the forms. He fast, friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely refer him to people that need a handicap plate and/or placard.

During such a challenging time, I really appreciated not having to sit in a doctor’s office surrounded by others who might be unwell.
